Told that i "entered the store when somebody walked out" which is incorrect, was told i must come back earlier even though i arrived before their listed closing time.
When i said "but i followed that lady in" was ignored and laughed at by staff member, whilst asking a customer "what did he say?"
Truly disgusting and rude tone of voice and treatment
